- Boneless chicken 250 gms/1/4 kilo cut into little bite sized pieces

- Marinate bite sized items of chicken within the ingredients mixed up marinade for one hour
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, salt to style, turmeric powder, red flavourer and Keep aside.
- After marinating the chicken, add egg, cornflour, salt to style and rice flour to coat the chicken. Add a tbsp of water if needed.
- Heat oil for deep cookery. Once the oil is hot, add a couple of chicken items into the oil while not state of the vessel and cook on medium flame. Once the chicken is sort of seared, increase flame and deep fry the chicken items until golden brown
